I’m Zar, an illustrator and storyboard artist based in the UK. I’m eternally curious and love adding new skills to my belt from digital 3D, traditional painting and video editing!
My work mainly focuses on fantasy, with a focus on queer illustration, because my greatest goal is to make media people can see themselves in.
Im open to work on a range of projects in both illustration and film.
Outside of work you’ll find me studying languages, looking after my plants and making small crafts to unwind.

Work with me
Each process will start with a discussion on what you're looking for so I can personalise quotes and any required licenses. We then move to:
- Contract signing and initial deposit
- Sketches
- Work progression with updates as I go
- Final work review
- Final revisions
- Delivery and the final deposit
I allow for 2 major revisions but this doesnt include smaller tweaks like color adjustments and small pose changes
I offer both standard single licences and combonation licences. This includes options for martketing , publication and merchandising.
I can also create a custom liences scaled too your fit your project best if needed,I mainly take all my commissions through Vgen which allows for paypal and card payments. This is also to give both you the client and me as an artist protection through their systems. But for larger contract work I am happpy to work directly with you .
payment structure : 50% upfrount and 50% upon work completionLegal documents and bank payments sometimes require a personal information such as legal names. I know this can be emotionally tricky for some due to personal circumstances. I have privacy on personal information baked into all my contracts, so any personal info shared that isnt public will be protected.
